SIP – Your Survival Guide 🍷
(Because nobody likes a boring FAQ page.)
The Basics (AKA "What Am I Getting Into?")
What exactly is SIP?
SIP is Toronto’s newest wine and spirits event. We're bringing together winemakers and distillers from around the world with trade professionals, and consumers so you can taste everything without the jet lag. Plus seminars for when you want to sound smart at dinner parties.
When and where is this happening?
SIP takes place on April 23rd, 2026 at TABLE Fare + Social Food Hall, located at CIBC Square on the 4th floor, 81 Bay St, Toronto.
Yes, we are taking it to the 4th floor! There will be plenty of signage to guide you, but consider this your friendly heads up to hop on the escalator and make the climb. The wine is worth it.
Session 1 — Trade Only: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Session 2 — General Admission: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

The Fun Stuff (Drinking & Learning)
How does the tasting thing work?
Walk up to any booth, smile, and they'll pour you something delicious. Repeat until you've found your new favourite or until you've made questionable purchasing decisions.
Can I actually buy bottles?
Absolutely! Our SIP Shop is an online store where you can buy everything you just tasted. Your future thirsty self will thank you.
Do I need to sign up for masterclasses?
It depends which session you are attending. The daytime trade masterclasses are a purchased ticket, while the evening vistor session are first come first serve.
The Responsible Adult Section
Is this place accessible?
Yes! Wheelchair accessible venue, and if you need anything specific, hit us up at hello@siptoronto.com. We want everyone to have a good time.
About that whole "responsible drinking" thing...
Look, we're all adults here. Pace yourself, drink water (we've got stations everywhere), and have a plan to get home that doesn't involve your car keys. Your liver and your Uber driver will thank you.
For the Industry People
I make wine/spirits—how do I get in on this?
Love that! Check out our "Exhibit With Us" page for more details.
Is there a trade-only session?
Yep! Industry folks get their own networking session. You might need to prove you're legit trade, so bring your business card or whatever credentials you've got.
